Initialising Learn+
Learn+ is the competency-mapped clinical assessment and learning platform within EMSync. A 40+ module clinical curriculum is instrumented by four assessment engines — diagnostic reasoning, procedural OSCE, prehospital communication, and nursing ward simulation — all writing to a single psychometric ledger that powers competency attainment dashboards, defensible assessment decisions, and audit-ready regulator submissions.
Learn+ is two layers in one system: the curriculum body — 40+ accredited modules across two live disciplines — and the assessment intelligence layer that runs across them and writes to a unified psychometric ledger.
Every module is competency-mapped to the relevant regulatory framework and instrumented by all three assessment engines. Programmes select tier by institutional licence — Foundation, Plus+, or Enterprise.
Each engine produces structured, framework-anchored assessment evidence. All four write to the same audit-traceable competency ledger — there is no module without measurement, no measurement without citation.
DiagnomiQ and NurseReason™ are discipline-specific interfaces on the same reasoning engine. Intelli-Ward is nursing-only.
Multi-step clinical cases assessed on the path of reasoning, not final-answer correctness. Differential generation, premature-closure detection, and red-flag escalation timing — all captured with framework-anchored citations and per-claim confidence intervals. Nursing cohorts access this engine as NurseReason™ — the same engine, discipline-specific case library and interface.
Software-rendered OSCE stations with examiner-grade rubrics. Every station produces domain-level scoring (structure, completeness, accuracy, composure, prioritisation) with automatic station-difficulty calibration and examiner-override traceability.
High-fidelity prehospital radio simulation. Structured handovers (ATMIST, METHANE), clinical prioritisation, and stress-resilient voice discipline assessed against pass-mark thresholds with fluency analysis (hesitation density, correction frequency, time discipline).
A full nursing shift simulation: manage a patient assignment, respond to deterioration events in real time, administer medications with safety checks, file SBAR escalations, and document under time pressure. All actions are scored across patient safety, prioritisation, medication safety, escalation, and documentation domains.
Every claim EMI makes about a learner's reasoning carries a confidence interval, a framework anchor, and a primary-source citation. Examiners can challenge any inference; the override is logged and signed.
When a learner closes a case, EMI produces a structured rationale that maps observed actions to your competency framework. Every score is decomposable. Every conclusion is challengeable. Programmes can replay the exact same trace, weeks later, on any case in the archive.
Every assessment produces structured psychometric output. Programme directors get defensibility; institutional research gets dataset-ready inputs gated by readiness state.
DiagnomiQ, Intelli-OSCE, and Intelli-Radio each produce structured per-domain scoring with timestamped action logs and learner-action audit trails.
The integrity engine produces standardised psychometric outputs: reliability coefficients, discrimination, difficulty, and borderline regression — per item, per station, per cohort.
Outputs surface in three places: programme governance dashboards, regulator submission packs, and a research-ready dataset gated by readiness state.
Datasets below sample threshold or with incomplete framework mapping remain quarantined. No research export, no comparative inference.
Reliability coefficients above threshold, complete framework mapping, sample size sufficient. Internal cohort comparison and remediation analytics enabled.
Multi-cohort longitudinal validity, peer-reviewable dataset structure. Anonymised export to institutional research office or external journal pipeline.
No exports. No CSV reconciliation. Every Learn+ assessment lands in the EMSync governance platform within seconds — already mapped, already framework-cited, already auditable.
Selected from regulator submissions, examiner debriefs, and accreditation reviews. Full case studies available under NDA.
We bring three of your existing OSCE stations or pre-hospital scenarios into Learn+, run them with a sample cohort, and deliver a psychometric report you can hand to your accreditor. No procurement commitment.
